I haven´t been to my actual mission yet but in Cali it is straight poverty. Its a total culture shock. Just imagine everything that is opposite of Utah and that's what this is. Its humid, it is super poor, it is hot, it is so crazy but I love it so don´t worry about me! :) My p-day is on Mondays so hopefully I will be able to contact you guys again soon! I love you guys!

Hey family! I made it to Colombia but it is a huge culture shock! It is so crazy here but I love it! We got off of the plane last night and it was pretty crazy! People were talking to us as soon as we got off of the plane and I couldn´t even pick out one word! I remember thinking what language did I just learn for 9 weeks because I promise it wasn´t Spanish! Ha Ha but I am with the Mission President and the rest of the Elders that were going to Cali and I am doing good!
