So this last week has been pretty good! My companion got his wisdom teeth out which sucks for him! He was awake for all of it and one of them took like 3 and a half hours to get out and he said it was awful. But I got to go on splits with another Elder from my district named Elder Rivadeneira and we tore things up this week! we found 9 new investigators and we have a date for a kid to get baptized this saturday. His name is Jerson and he is 11 years old but he understands more about the gospel than I do! haha he such an awesome kid. But it was really nice working with the other Elder to learn different things and become better! But when my companion, Elder Ramos, came back we only had two beds and 3 missionaries so I slept on the top bunk but without a mattress on the wood planks and my dirty clothes underneath me! haha it was the worst night of sleep I have ever had in my life but the good news is that I had a pillow this time! haha but it was pretty fun, it was basically just a big sleepover! :)
But we have been finding a lot of investigators so far but the hard part is getting them to progress so we will have to work hard with them to get them to be baptized. We just need to visit them more and be serious about the baptism and dont waste our time with the people who dont really want to listen to us!
Overall this week has been so much fun working with the other Elder and we are having a lot of progress here we just need to work a little bit harder!!
Oh and today I found out you can rent washing machines for a whole day for like 5 bucks so I washed all of my clothes in a washing machine the first time in my mission and it was so nice! haha
Oh and the other night we had a movie night in the chapel and we bought some movies to watch like Tangled and How to Train Your Dragon and they were 75 cents each! haha and they have english so if anyone wants DVDs that are in the theatre or on DVD just let me know and I can buy them!! Ha-ha
I love you guys and I hope you have a great week!
Love,
Elder Watts
