There is a young man in my ward that is rally good at singing so we decided to organize a special number for the baptism and it turned out really well, we sang Abide with me tis eventide and we both sang while I played the guitar and it was a lot of fun. I will have to record it and send it if I get the chance! But it was an awesome baptismal service and there were a lot of members that came to see it as well.
So our mission president and his wife came out this week to train us and to interview us and it went really well. I learned a lot about the importance of the members in the work and he said that knocking on doors should never happen because we should be busy with investigators, less actives and the members. So that was really cool and we learned a lot this week.
My companion got sick this week with some kind of intestine infection so we were in the hospital like all day on Wednesday. It was quite the experience. He told me before that he didn't want to go to the hospital because he was afraid of needles and I didn't really think much of it but we got there and they pulled out the needles to give him an IV and they almost fainted!! It was pretty crazy but way funny at the same time. He was saying the funniest stuff but I was the only one that understood him because he was saying everything in English. He made it through without fainting but he was pretty darn close to blacking out! I will send some pictures of before him before and after they took out the needles! ha ha he is a way good sport.
So that pretty much sums up the week! Oh yeah, and today are transfers but no one out of our house is leaving so we have another transfer together which everyone is pretty excited about!
Hope everyone is doing good! I love you guys!
