Elder Watts

Hey y'all

Well this week was great, we had a baptism and it turned out really good. Her name is Carolina and she had been assisting church for about a year now but never got baptized because she never had the support of her mom. But then she talked to her mom about it and told her that it is something that she wanted to do and her mom supported her in her decision! It was a really good service and it was really cool seeing her finally take the decision to get baptized! I prepared a special musical number with a girl from the ward and it turned out really good! We played come thou fount even though I stink at singing I did my best! ha ha.

So something pretty crazy happened yesterday at church. I guess there was a guy standing outside of the gates of the church and he was looking inside and a member invited him to come in and get to know the church. So he comes in and we find out that he feels like he is possessed by a spirit and that he is being attacked by the enemy. So he was acting really really weird and so we took him into a room and we gave him a blessing to try to help him out and when we started giving the blessing he started growling at us and acting really weird! It was so crazy, I thought he was going to go on a rampage in the church but he ended up being fine but that was the first time I had seen something like that in my whole mission!

Well my new companion from London gets here tomorrow morning and I am super stoked to get to know him! I have no idea what he is like or anything so it will be a cool experience to get to know him and be able to train him. I don't know if we are going to be 3 missionaries in a  companionship or if they are going to take my companion that I am with right now but I guess we will find out this week! I am nervous and excited all at the same time! anyways things are going good and I am stoked to start training.
